Last week, when my cold was backing off a little bit but when my sinus infection was kicking in and revving up for a second charge, I had been fiercely blowing my nose for hours. Then after a break from this I sort of had an itch way up in my sinuses. I reflexively snorted a little and then this mess came tumbling out of my nose. Quickly grabbing a handkerchief I caught this large thing that rolled right out.

Actually it was more like two things connected together, only at a point but by unbreakable fibers. There was a large yellow grape attached to a perfect 1/8th scale replica of my own heart, veins and muscles and all.

I was surprised.
